pretty cool! I came across this at The Awesomer - Digigrade leg extensions! By Kim Graham at Kim Graham Studios. She's currently selling them to costumers, performers, and actors but I'm sure if you want a pair just because of how kool they are she wouldn't mind selling you a pair.  She has a pretty kool video of her walking in the Satyr version.
